Tonite I ran 10k. Temperature 11oC (52F). Enjoyed seeing the beautiful colorful leaves, also saw some of the damages that the storm Simone that hit us Monday had done. One tree has been ripped from the roots. Some flag poles was lying on the ground.

Today I ran my first run bare foot at newaza (judo) warm up. I am not sure about the distance.
