We met outside the tunnel between Annehem and N\u00f6bbel\u00f6v and Eva took me around Ladug\u00e5rdsmarken. It is also out in the country.<\/p>\n<p>The weather had been very strange today. It was around 17oC (63F) and a bit chilly so I decided to wear longer pants, long sleeve shirt but then the sun began to shine so, temperature went up to 20oC (68F),\u00a0changed to shorts and t-shirt and also filled water in my water bottles and brought my water belt with me. When I finally ran to meet Eva the sun was gone \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Here we coming out in the country, these runs are the ones I like the most, out in the country on those country roads.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1454_140921.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1365\" src=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1454_140921-300x224.png\" alt=\"IMG_1454_140921\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A long time ago I went for a walk in this area. Interesting how memories come back<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1456_140921.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1366\" src=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1456_140921-300x224.png\" alt=\"IMG_1456_140921\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We passed someone who was out riding a horse. We also ran out in the bushes where it was a bit overgrown.<\/p>\n<p>On this run we discussed The Color Run, Kulturnatten, me getting ready for Liding\u00f6loppet, how impressed we are with some of the Coach K Runners who have had an amazing race season, \u00d6sterlen half Marathon, my pulse watch which does not show the correct speed anymore. What Eva has been doing lately.
