A bit chillier today. I had cold hands in the beginning but like always they got warm.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1464_140922.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1388\" src=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1464_140922-300x224.png\" alt=\"IMG_1464_140922\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There were not a lot of runners out in this chilly Monday. The cold bit into my cheeks.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1468_140922.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1389\" src=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1468_140922-300x224.png\" alt=\"IMG_1468_140922\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This week it will be 5K runs, Saturday I will run the 30K cross country race Liding\u00f6loppet s\u00e5 I have to rest my legs this week, so no hilly running like last week<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1473_140922-e1411403435477.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1390\" src=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1473_140922-e1411403435477-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1473_140922\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When I was almost home I felt the upwind, why did you have to show up \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nI wouldn&#8217;t say that I enjoyed this run a alot, well it did not rain but it was chilly.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1476_140922.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1391\" src=\"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/IMG_1476_140922-300x224.png\" alt=\"IMG_1476_140922\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Total time today: 31.41.7 min. Temperature: 12oC (54F). This is not the temperature I want on Saturday. It has been 11oC (52F) the last couple of years, I want 20oC (68F) and it looks like it will be 16oC (61F) which I will be satisfied with.
