After 2K I gradually decreased the pace til I was down to walking mode.<\/p>\n<p>After that it was the gym where I did biceps, triceps, back, shoulders and legs where I stayed away of my calf exercise. When I got up to the area where I do core, foam rolling and stretching there was no mat available.
