{"id":5608,"date":"2016-05-04T20:17:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-04T20:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/?p=5608"},"modified":"2016-05-04T20:17:00","modified_gmt":"2016-05-04T20:17:00","slug":"12-41k-flat-run","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/?p=5608","title":{"rendered":"12.41K Flat Run"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>#7 &#8211; 50 runs in 100 days &#8211; Just run edition<\/p>\n<p>I was hoping that the weather would stay warm all the way down to the town where I live and it felt that way.<\/p>\n<p>Temperature: 16.5oC (61.7F)<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 Capri, short socks\u00a0and t-shirt \ud83d\ude42 and the Life saver: flip belt<\/p>\n<p>My legs did not feel tired after yesterday&#8217;s intervals and the pace was around 6 min\/k.<\/p>\n<p>I saw one woman on inlines and\u00a0couldn&#8217;t believe that she didn&#8217;t wear any helmet, wrist guards, kneepad or elbow protection.<\/p>\n<p>Allergy time even if I like this time of the year best, it gets greener and greener.<\/p>\n<p>At the end I saw a horse coming in the other direction and it started to move more towards the middle and started to trot. I said hold to the left. I am not interested to get kicked by a horse, those hooves can do severe damages.
