{"id":6326,"date":"2017-03-21T20:38:34","date_gmt":"2017-03-21T20:38:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/?p=6326"},"modified":"2017-03-21T20:39:37","modified_gmt":"2017-03-21T20:39:37","slug":"9-77k-short-run","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gabbychallenge.glundh.se\/?p=6326","title":{"rendered":"9.77K Short Run"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">#11 &#8211; 50 Runs in 100 days &#8211; Spring edition<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The weather has been weird today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This morning it was sunny and then in the afternoon it was raining and I really hoped it wouldn&#8217;t rain when I was going to run after work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I was so lucky it was not raining but it was really windy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Decided to test the NRC app (Nike Running Club) and also put on some extra clothing because I do not want to be cold, I prefer realizing I have too much and then remove something.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tonite it was not feeling so heavy, it seems that I am losing weight, just felt heavy breathing in the beginning but that was because of too much clothes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Temperature: 7.5oC (45.5F)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">So I decided to take off the fleece, yes I am not kidding, I chose to put on the fleece under the windstopper and it felt so much better when I only had the long sleeve and windstopper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">What felt great today was that I could speed up at the end, such a relief \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Distance: 9.77K, time: 1.03.14 h, average pace: 6.28 min\/k, max pace: 5.02 min\/k<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>#11 &#8211; 50 Runs in 100 days &#8211; Spring edition The weather has been weird today.
