Nice being out on the dirt roads and see some cows \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Part of the run I am running through a cemetery, feels weird and that I have to &#8221;behave&#8221; even as a runner.<\/p>\n<p>Once again I decided to walk up the last hill close to my home.<\/p>\n<p>Increased the pace again and had to slow down again.<\/p>\n<p>Foamrolled my hips tonite, realized that they were not in such a bad shape, they usually hurt, I also foamrolled my calves, they definately need to be more foamrolled.
