Today it was the last round of 90 seconds.
I tried to focus and at 40 seconds left I started to feel the pain again and then it was only 28 seconds, just keep going and then only 5 seconds and then the finally the watch beeped.

Today it was another 90 seconds in pain. Maybe the abs exercises at the gym before did not help.
I looked at the watch at 1.15 min. Focus Gabby focus. Then at 58 seconds left, yes it is less than one minute. At 30 seconds left I wanted it to be over and then finally it was these last 5 seconds. Puh!
84 day, 83 days to go
Today it was a perfect day to run a long distance run. Today I ran solo. These days are not growing on trees. The sun was out, the sky was blue and still these spectacular Fall colors. Was a bit windy and some upwind. Gloves and cap on and off. It is also nice to say hi to the runners that you pass during the run and they actually say hi back
Temperature: 11oC (52F).
Average speed today: 6.06 min/k and time: 1.34.31 h
After the run I drank some chocolate milk instead of gatorade.
85 day, 84 days to go
Tonite I ran 10k with reflective west and head lamp on. Some wind and also some upwind. Perfect weather, not too cold and unbelievable that I do not have to use my winter running pants yet.
Temperature 11oC (52F).
Average speed today: 5.51 min/k and time: 57.57 min
90 seconds was the time today so I had to focus.
At 1 minute left I started to feel something in my abs, 40 seconds my legs were starting to shake also. 30 seconds I was hoping it would soon be over and finally it was only 6 seconds left and then 90 seconds has passed.
Oh boy it is just going to be tougher and tougher.
86 day, 85 days to go
Today it was running barefoot, as warmup, at the judo mat before Newaza
The runner took over in me, had to pass the ones that was running slower and some of them appearently knew about my running challenge because a comment came when I was not satisfied with the tempo
Another 60 seconds. It is interesting. After 15 seconds I look at the timer and realize that it is 45 seconds left, at 30 seconds I feel the pain, after 20 seconds I hope it will be soon over and at 10 seconds I just wait to hear the beep, but I made it.
The challenge will be tomorrow when I have to do it for 90 seconds.
Today I had to do it for 60 seconds.
Halftime it started to feel in my abs, oh gosh at 20 seconds. Keep going at 10 seconds and then finally it was over.
In a couple of days it is going to be a longer pain but I will do it anyway.
88 day, 87 days to go
Tonite I had the pleasure of running with some Coach K Runners: Mats Johansson, Magnus BuickaMange Johansson and Pierre Unebratt. My plan was to run 10k alone, instead we ran 13.57 k.
I usually do not run longer distances in the evenings in the fall and winter, not longer than 10k normally. Much more fun to run a longer distance with nice company.
Temperature 8oC (46F)
Average speed today: 6.20 min/k and time: 1.26.03 h with photo session included (forgot to turn off the watch before the mandatory photo session)
Today I had to do it for 60 LONG seconds.
It is definately starting to get tougher.
