#17 – 50 Runs in 100 Days – Autumn Edition
Tonite it was time for a short run after work.
A bit chillier but I survived wearing my leopard tights, long sleeve shirt.
Realized in the beginning that my legs wanted to be fast tonite but I had to slow down the pace once again.
Chose to run my 5K run on the country side. Nice being out on the dirt roads and see some cows 🙂
Part of the run I am running through a cemetery, feels weird and that I have to ”behave” even as a runner.
Once again I decided to walk up the last hill close to my home.
Increased the pace again and had to slow down again.
Foamrolled my hips tonite, realized that they were not in such a bad shape, they usually hurt, I also foamrolled my calves, they definately need to be more foamrolled. I have not done any trail running but my calves were stiff.
