I cannot believe that this challenge is coming to an end.
The last but one abdominal plank position for 270 seconds.
After 1.5 minute I started to feel the pain in my legs (did this after 1h physical training with a lot of leg exercises.
When 2 minutes was left my legs started to shake a bit and my arms were aching
When 1 minute was left I had to focus really badly and more pain in my legs and arms and legs were shaking even more
When 30 seconds left my legs was shaking a lot
Only 20 seconds, keep going, DO NOT put down your knees on the floor
And then that beep that I had longed for 
Tomorrow I am going to stand in this position for as long as I can, the world record is 3 hours 7 minutes and 15 seconds and I can say FOR SURE
that I will do it that long. It is going to be much much shorter but longer than 270 seconds though.
