#13 – 50 runs in 100 days – No excuses edition

I needed to run around 30K, the original plan was to run with a group in Genarp who are preparing for Swiss Alpine Davos but the distance was too short for me. I who had longed for a trail run. Decided to run Lund Runt original. Last time I ran Lund Runt I did not run in 100% correctly.

Temperature: 8oC (46F)

At Värpinge I was running on a bike path but realized then that I should be on the dirt road instead and when I came to Värpinge by I had the part to the right and realized that I should have the park on the left. Then at Tetra Pak it was confusion when I ran with CKR and had decided that I would run the correct way when I ran alone but did not make it 🙂

So I had decided that I would correct those variations today, during the run I realized that I should have passed Anoto instead of Nova parking lot. Ran on auto last time so I have one more correction to do. Then at St Lars I had to make one more correction and also when I ran alone I did not run around St Lars Creek, had to turn back to get back on the right track. Also when I was going to get out from St Lars and into a neighbor hood we (CKR) and I ran in the St Hans Park instead on the bike path next to the car road.

Almost correctly at Tetra Pak.

When I got to Brunnshög there was still construction so there is I had to do the same detour as last time. I got confused at Sony last time and saw now that I had to be on the right side of the car road. You are off as it is and it seems to be correct but there was actually another viaduct on the right side that I ran under today.

A lot of people were out walking, saw some on roller skis and some other runners

Had a slower pace today

Spring in the air today, heard birds singing
